“Nice hotel…nice rooms…great access to the beach”

“Heated outdoor pool was nice and I had not expected that.”

“I booked/was charged for a premium/superior ocean view king bed room, but my view was the backside of the hotel restaurant, restaurant garbage, and the facility golf cart with a ladder and tools scattered about. At best, I would call the first level rooms in the lower 100s, a partial ocean view and would have expected them to be priced as such. The room smelled like wet dog, the carpet/flooring was damp by the air conditioner, the shower had mold/mildew along the corners, the walls need to be……

“The room was charming, clean and comfortable. Not like your typical big-chain hotel for sure. Convenient to the lighthouse and other historical sites. Will definitely recommend to others and am already planning g a future stay. ”

“Was hard to get a hold of anyone when we wanted our room cleaned and more towels. So we just piled all the dirty towels in a corner. Trash never got emptied including outside in hallway. Multiple trash bags stacked up around trash cans in hallway. Handle in our bathtub was broke so could only fill by spray nozzle. Food was ok and music. But food nor music was available as time listed. Chef was always chewing someone's ass in hallway on 2nd floor near pop machine.”

“I had not been informed that the building was under construction. There was a jackhammer going non stop. The shower did not get hot and it whistled. The light in the bathroom was super dim and with the shower curtain closed it was dark. The floor was as dirty. I stayed here about 10 years ago and it was great. Sad to see it so rundown.”

“I actually kind of loved it despite parts of my review. It was in a perfect location and the landscaping was beautiful. The price is really great for the area. The staff were super accommodating and nice. There was plenty of space and a little balcony to sit on and enjoy a beer or glass of wine at the end of the day. The downside? The suite, while very large, was lacking in kitchen equipment (pots but no utensils, a few plates and bowls but not even any salt and pepper) and even though they……
